The Nuggets lost a tough one at home tonight.  Allen Iverson led the way for the Nuggets with 31 points, 3 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals.  Carmelo Anthony also had a solid all-around game with 25 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

The Nuggets had a hard time with the Nets on Saturday Night as the Nets outrebounded them 45-34.  The reason that hurt so much was the Nets are a pathetic rebounding basketball team!  J.R. Smith led the Nuggets with 28 points off of the bench.  Carmelo Anthony had a rough shooting night (5 of 14) and wound up with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists.  Allen Iverson also was shooting alot of bricks as he only hit 6 of 19 shots from the floor and wound up with 18 points and 8 assists.

The Nuggets had a hard time playing defense last night as they allowed the Jazz to hit 51.3% of their shots from the floor.  The Nuggets also had a rough 4th quarter as the Jazz outscored them 29-20 to snatch a win away from them.  Carmelo Anthony had a great game last night with 37 points and 6 rebounds.  Allen Iverson also was very busy with 33 points, 3 rebounds and 6 assists.  Marcus Camby did the heavy lifting around the basket with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocked shots.

The Nuggets offense was clicking on all cylinders last night.  Carmelo Anthony led the way with 34 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals.  Allen Iverson also had a decent game with 21 points, 3 rebounds and 10 assists.  J.R. Smith came off the bench firing with 20 points and 3 rebounds.  Smith also hit 6 of his 10 three-point attempts.

Eduardo Najera has been awful lately and it cost him his starting job.  In his last 6 games (2 starts) he’s averaging 2.2 points, 2.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists.  He also is shooting 29.4% from the floor in the last six games.  Until he starts to play better he’ll have a hard time getting playing time.
