The Nuggets ran into a buzzsaw on Monday Night in New Orleans. The Hornets outscored the Nuggets 63-40 in the first half and the Nuggets were also outrebounded 52-33 which makes it hard to compete. Allen Iverson led the Nuggets with 23 points, 3 assists and 3 steals. Kenyon Martin also had a solid game with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Linas Kleiza was busy with 14 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals. J.R. Smith was solid off of the bench with 14 points and 3 rebounds in only 17 minutes. The Nuggets are now 26-18 on the season.
